Thank you!!
Last week I received a pink envelope in the post. Not really expecting anything I open it up and a very sweet handwritten Thank You note was sent to me by one of my amazing brides,Megan Marshall, thanking me for here Henna & makeup services we provided for her big day.
I have to be honest, it’s not that often I actually receive a hand written letter from a bride.
To keep it short, I was taken back. It completely made my day. This is the reason why I do what I do… and LOVE doing it!

Henna for Indian Weddings
Mehendi is not just a way of artistic expression, sometimes its a must! A Hindu wedding includes a number of religious rites before and during the nuptials, and Mehendi play a vital role in it so much so that no Indian marriage is considered complete without it! The reddish brown color of Mehendi - which stands for the prosperity that a bride is expected to bring to her new family - considered most auspicious for all wedding-related ceremonies.
Mehndi makes a woman complete. Mehndi has been in existence since a very long time and is a part of every kind of celebration a woman has in her life. Be it a wedding or a festival, a woman has to paint her palms and legs with henna so thatshe would look beautiful. Mehendi is important for a bride as it makes her look beautiful.

Beautiful Shot !!
Here are the hands of my friend who celebrates "Indian Independence Day" every year with pride. Hats off to her and her family :)
Every year she invites friends & Family for the event and make it very entertaining for everybody. She is truly a great entertainer and a great person at heart.
For past two years, I have had the pleasure to henna her hands and looking forward to next year.
